Harbor Bay Earth Day Garden Event

04.22.2013. In celebration of Earth Day, residents were invited to come to the Welcome Center to pick up supplies, a free flat of flowers and two bags of mulch, for at-home flower beds. In the spirit of conservation, Harbor Bay also provided each resident with a reusable grocery bag, 2 energy efficient lightbulbs, flower seeds, and a 5-minute shower timer. Happy Earth Day!
